Setup Site On New Server
Required knowledge: CSS
Hi guys,
I have a website with a database - I have migrated all the files to the new server and have also imported the database on the new server - I have already spent 6 hours trying to get the site up using various .htaccess edits - I have managed to get the site up to an extent, but the page takes 40 seconds to loads and doesn't load CSS.
The web developers used CakePHP if that helps - I have changed the config file to point to my new database location 'localhost' and it seems to be picking up data from the database fine.
Please bid on helping me get the site up and running by today please..

Move Site To New Server..BUT it looks like I need some coding changes to complete the move.... ALSO they gave me several databases... I am not sure which ones I should install and the username and password rerquired for each... fix osc site on windows servere these all together and make it all work.once the site is working with the new layout. we want to add the automatic option to each product that it has multiple sizes (think of a shirt with small, medium, large) and the ability to disable this option for products that don't have different sizes. also need to have the recover cart, sign up emails and newsletters branded to the layout and working properly. really need this done in next day or two. |

Easy project - Move joomla site to new serverI have a joomla site that I want to move to a new server. The site works flawlessly on the current server, but when i move the site to the new server i get error messages from framesets that are pointed to wrong address or something. I am not good at this and shouldnt be very difficult to fix since everything works on the current server. |
