Install Lightpd Streaming
Required knowledge: PHP, Security, System Administration, Security
Need to have lightpd video streaming with mod_security installed on my VPS (I have root access). I must continue to run Apache (for cpanel) so lighttpd will have to run concurrently.

Right now, I have a command line switch that gives beta testers access to all of the dialogs during an update so that they can install twice.
