Required knowledge: Ajax, Java, Javascript, PHP, PostgreSQL
I am looking to a developer to develop a UI and database connectivity to a postgis database.
This is a form based project to have user input data which is then stored in a database. A report will be generated displaying a map from GEOSEVER(Java)and the results of the data inputted.
Looking to have this developed in PHP for the front end with some Ajax and back end Postgresql connected to a GEOSERVER. I will design and proved database tables.
Must have knowledge of GEOSERVER object calls.

Track Form Submissions Per Page Views In Google AnalyticsI need someone to set up tracking in Google Analytics for a webform. I need to be able to see how many times a form was submitted per the number of page views where the form is located.I have 20 some forms/pages on my site that I need to track separately. I need a quick way to see performance (form submissions per page views) of all the forms together and separately. |
Job Status Formy fill out the last field and once submitted the fields clear and the DB gets fully updated.Also Need for the form to be able to send out an email to 2 different emails every time the form is updated. Need an admin section where it will list the fields as they are updated and also be able to delete any section if need to. Each time the form is completed the db starts a new table. Track Form Submissions In Google Analyticse form conversions on this page and the same way with all my 30+ pages where this form is.I want to see a spreadsheet view within Google Analytics of all the page views, number of conversions, and conversion rates on these pages at a glance. Is this possible? Or do we need to build a separate database to track these things? Can we perhaps use Custom Variables and/or Events in Analytics to accomplish this? Ipad App For Form Fill & Export Pdfuser will sign the screen that him or her agree. This will then produce a pdf that will be uploaded to our server as a file. Then there is a second document for the same thing and then upload to server again.Lastly I will need some type of screen that only I can get into that will show me all the past uploaded forms sorted by date so I can make sure they were uploaded. I will also need to be able to pull them up on the ipad if needed from the server. That is it. |

Javascript/jquery Dynamic Pricing On A Formticked and unticked I need the total field updating.I need the coding written so it will cope if I add or remove checkboxes. Any events need on the checkboxes will have to be added by your javascript. So the logic for the code is On load Add any events to the checkboxes. On change on any checkbox Count the checked checkboxes. multiple this number by 5 and update a text field with this value. Nice and simple. |
Form Duplicated And Control Admin Addedit to just be to submit the customer information into the database and not be linked with the payment gateway like it is now with paypal. this form would just be to admin the customer into the database. In addition I need a 2nd username and password created so i can give it to our employees and with that username and password she could only access the form and the registered users history and nothing else. this must be completed within 3 days of acceptance or a refund will be provided. |

Php Form + Mysqlext field.Data will be verified at DB1 and if correct, the value will be updated at DB2 and show success message. If value is not correct: form will "TRY AGAIN DATA NOT CORRECT". Utilize comments frequently. Form will be in a table/box and the config page will contain all the varibles for border/no border, font colors, bg colors, etc. I wish for this form to be simple to use and end user will have no issues understanding how to use it. |

Wordpress Paypal Order Formorm must be integrated into our site.The form will operate in the following manner below. 1. Customer will fill out the order form. 2. On submit the contents of the form will be mailed out to the admin email and saved to the database. 3. User will be sent to paypal for payment. 4. User will return to our sites confirmation page after payment. 5. An email is sent to the user informing them that their order has been submitted. |
