Php Form To Mail + Admin
Required knowledge: PHP, MySQL
Hi
I need a simple form to email admin panel,
the form itself should include captcha, and required inputs,
e.g. email address * (*)- required [small list will be supplied]
the admin panel allows input of course names and prices,
when the user selects a course from a drop down list,
the latest price shows up in the form automatically,
"paypal" or "by chq" options are required for payments,
paypal details for account to be paid into can be inserted in the code or the admin panel.
the layour should look like this

Php Form - Need Sessions Addedhave a PHP form that has been created for me. It has 11 or so steps, and posts to an SQL database.However, there are no sessions so half way through the form you can't go back and forth. I need someone to edit this form for me. Get my php form to send!I have a finished html contact form and a php mailer script. The script only works for text fields and textareas, it cannot process user inputs on checkboxes.
