Convert Word .doc File To Html
Required knowledge: ASP, Javascript, PHP, XHTML, Website Design
Convert Word .doc file to HTML and adding other function & program fields.
What I need you to do?
1. Take the Word Doc that was already uploaded for this project, convert it to HTML
2. Insert the HTML into a PHP page
3. Program the fields highlighted in yellow (in word doc) with the exact same functionality as the page at the link above. If you scroll down to the bottom of the link above you will see all the functions.
You will "replace" the form that is shown at the link above with the content of the Word Doc.
Detail instructions alongwith the word files are attached for your review.
Serious bidders are requested to go through the instructions and the word files first and if they are competant then place their bids.
This will be a ongoing task for a good performer.

PHP Form To Email Script that Sends Word Doc File as Attachmconsists of two parts. An online application and a second part that is optional. They should be able to submit the form after the first Section if they don't want to go on and finish the whole Online Application. The site is of high quality so the form will have to have the right appearance.
