I need a full membership website development including specialized tools/widgets such as:


Weight tracker


Calorie calculator


Diabetic counter


Personal progress journal


Coupon search utility


We want many of the above tools/widgets to be branded with our company logo and link (non-removable) and made to where other website owners can download them and use them on their websites as free content. Customers can also download and use them on their desktop.


We also want a forum area




It'll be a Recipe & Diet membership website - (10 recipes per category will need to be supplied by chosen developer for testing / launch purposes).




The website also needs a three-part utility (these will need to work in conjunction with each other):


Part #1: [database]


A sortable recipe database (sorts via breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, holiday, main ingredient)


Part #2: [personal recipe box(s)]


When a member finds a recipe they like I want them to be able to click a link (or drag and drop) that will save it into their personal 'recipe box'. Each member will have a Recipe Box where they can assign categories and store their favorite recipes.


Part #3: [customized shopping list]


When a member has chosen 1 or a group of recipes from the Database OR from their Recipe Box I want them to be able to drag

drop that will build them a complete shopping list. The shopping list will be created from the list of ingredients in the recipes and it will need to specify amounts. The shopping list software will need to get a sum of redundant ingredients from all recipes and place the TOTAL amount of that ingredient on the list.




We'd like the website to be as complete and automated as possible with a VERY simple administrative interface. We'll also need at least 10 recipes per category (this will be the contractors responsibility) to give us a good testing arena to start with.




I'm interested in discussion from anyone that is confident in creating an incredible, fun, easy, interactive, informative and functional experience for potential members.






The three main menu types I'd like to focus on are: Low Calorie, Low Carb, and Diabetic.
