Access Excel Programming
Required knowledge: MS Access
This project contains three parts:
1. Import files into a new table in an existing Access mdb file (2003)
See attached file named: Programming-access-import-032109-Only.txt
2. Make changes to existing Access formulas as described in: Programming-access-import-032109-Only.txt
3. Export the data contain in various tables into an excel spreadsheet (2003) as defined in attached file: Programming job spec to create Exsilon worksheet.txt

The programmer will be selected based on:
1. Ability to communicate by voice & chat via skype & hours of availability.
2. Speed of completion of project. I expect you to complete the job within the time frame you state. If the project is delayed for any reason except caused by me, then the project is subject to full cancellation.
3. Your history and rating - I will consider those with few ratings if they communicate well and demonstrate they understand the project.

Need Script To Extract Info Frere are roughly 20,000 PDFs that are all in roughly the same format. The PDFs have restrictions that need to be removed.I need a script created that can read this large number of PDFs and store the information in an access database. Because of the large number of PDFs, speed is essential, as is a well-structured database. The script must keep track of which files it's already read. Attached is a sample PDF and an XLS that shows what information I want extracted. |

Timesheetable of data that contains an employee's in/out badge records along with time, date, location, etc... from various tables in Microsoft Access. I then save the timesheet table data to an excel spreadsheet, as I have attached. I would like a query or vb code to sum the total hours worked. If their is a "missed punch" I would like the code to skip that calculation. For example, in rows 12 & 13 and 24 & 25, the in/out variable does not alternate. This means there was a "missed punch". |
