New Website Needed - Model an Existing Site
Required knowledge: Amazon Web Services, Java, PHP, Website Design
I would like to have a site built that has the exact same functionality as http://www.kickstarter.com/. My expectation is that you would analyze the site and document what you believe are the required features & functionality of the site. We will work together until we feel like we have documented all of the necessary features. Please estimate how long you think it would take for you to successfully replicate this site. The look/colors should be somewhat different, but the functionality must be there. I plan to run the exact same business. Anyone who can create a sample site to show that you are capable of duplicating this site would of course be high on my list. I would also need you to be available once the project is done to assist with any problems with the website, but hopefully there won't be any problems. Thanks, Marvin |

Making an existing Website cross browser compatiblewith many programs out there which do exactly this.Obviously I will test the results and I'm not happy with wasting my time. So if you don't think you can do it, then please don't try. Short a few things I don't like: - many conditional css hacks - browser specific js hacks Besides ie PNG support I hardly can remember a site I couldn't create without the use of those hacks. But if they are inevitable. Then I'm even ok with this. |
