Need Team - Package Tracking System
Required knowledge: Android, C/C++, Java, MySQL, PHP
Looking for a team of skilled individuals to produce the following: The rough outline (will change as we talk) is as follows: Online Component - Database Design - Server Setup/Security - HTML/PHP coding of web portal for Data-Entry/">data entry o Client Logins o Manual form input for package data o CSV Import of package data o Ability to Edit Data Entered - Output of Package label for thermal printer o Layout similar to UPS labels - Simple Package Tracking Mobile Device Component - Create App for Android OS device to interface with Database o User Login - Lock down mobile device to prevent unintended use. Now all of these things must be created with the thought in mind that we wish to add a lot more features, but want this base functionality ASAP. Future plans include: - Proof of Delivery Signatures/Pictures/Notes - IM service to communicate to drivers - GPS tracking of phones and GPS timestamps with Proof of Deliveries - Skype Integration with phones for voice calls. - Dynamic route generation based on package information received (see Map Point Fleet) There is most likely more but these things will get tackled one at a time after base functionality is done. This is a lot of work so assembling a team would most likely be your best bet. |
