Magento Store Setup, Data Migration (CSV), Product Updates

Timing is critical. Please identify how fast you can complete this project. Please identify a drop-dead date where we will be eligible for a full refund. There is a $ 100 bonus available for completion by Tuesday March 16. Bids without aggressive deadlines will be ignored. We are looking for assistance migrating our current store (http://tinyurl.com/yg6jsja) to Magento and setting up two similar stores as Micro-sites. Here are the details: - We have a server with a base install of CentOS. Magento must be installed, optimized, and configured for three stores - All three stores will share one Magento platform and database. - The product database will be shared between the three stores. - The primary store (and associated product records) will be migrated from 3dCart. Migrating all products (including many Matrix items) will be part of the migration. Some products are currently setup with product options and additional dimensions (attributes) will need to be added to create the Matrix item. (Manual work involved) - Effective migration of full resolution images is a must. - Limited setup of Magento will be required. - The correct type of product must be setup in Magento (kits, bundles, etc). - There are about 7000 SKUs. Many of them are derived from Matrix items, so there are less than 1500 actual product descriptions. Project will entail converting many SKUs and options to three-attribute Matrix items. Experience with CSV data manipulation is critical. - All images must be transfered. - SKU must transfered with the product. - All three stores should share a product database. Some products will only be available on certain stores. Categorization should be different for each store. - All matrix items will require use of Attributes. - Attributes will need to be added to some products (manual work) The stores will use the Modern Theme. http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/146/modern-theme-for-magento-frontend-interface. - Logo and limited custom branding must be applied to the Modern Theme. - One store will be for the Canadian market and will utilize CA currency - it should have different pricing and shipping options. - Customizations should not be made to the Magento platform. - A clean and complete conversion is critical. We insist on quality here. There will be significant manual work involved. Experience with multi-store installations of Magento is a must! Once again, timing is critical. |
