Create a decrypter application for encode file

Hi, I have an application which can read file in a certain encrypted format.. This application read the file, decrypt it and load it to memory (i guess). I want an application, which convert me the encrypted file in a .txt file. U could find attached : the application (app.exe) the encrypted file holdem.p*pl the decrypted file test.txt All i need is a soft to convert holdem.p*pl in test.txt. Cheers PS : When u start the application it loads automaticaly the .p*pl file. |

A Small Application/Widget for Web/Desktopon their websites, and also have it available so that they could put it on a computer desktop and have someone fill it out in-place. So I guess that means it would need to be platform-independent and relatively stable.And, if we could create it so that the result that is generated at the end of the questionnaire is printable, that would be even better.
