ColdFusion eBay API (Wrapper)

I am looking for someone to create an eBay API wrapper in ColdFusion for Ebay Auto's. The wrapper should contains functions that will ADD, EDIT and DELETE a vehicle from eBay Autos and Also Upload Images accordingly.
