------------------- Max Bid for this project is $ 500 Fixed--------- We are looking to develop a prototype freelancer website similar to Odesk based on cloud technology drawing on various currently available free APIs. Using the Odesk model we will be requiring from the applicant a detailed outline of your perceived approach and methodology coupled with the cost effective approach to this project. Additionally a similar front end design to the target site will be required and we already have the visuals ready for you to commence this also. ------------------- Max Bid for this project is $ 500 Fixed--------- You will of course be competent with Java, Python etc and be familiar with the various APIs and Cloud Engines currently available ie Google etc Please also provide a portfolio of cloud based projects recently completed. Once completed we have at least 12 months of related contracts available to discuss. As this will be our fist project with you we have set a fixed budget + bonus if completed accurately. The first half payment will be made when the project is completed, with the other half being made when all bugs are resolved and the site has at least 2 working examples.
