lock system

I have a rack with a number of laptops in it i wish to have a system which allows me to lock the laptops in the rack a linear actuator should do it. As it can slide out to lock in the laptop.
also i need a button pressed so that when the laptop is returned a button is pressed and the lock is engaged
this way you put the laptop back and the laptop is automaticlly locked
i will need six of these so i am looking for a cheap solution.
also the system must be able to un instruction from a pc tell the lock to release and it does
