Non Profit Website Content help

wow - I need a LOT done so please read everything. We have very limited money. I do ask that if you reply to this, please have a heart for what we are doing, and help out for the sake of helping millions, rather than looking at the dollar signs.
We are a up and coming (brand new) non profit organization that is focusing on emergency medical care, food, clothing, and re-building for Haiti right now. We are a humanitarian organization that helps aid those affected by natural disasters globally.
We do have a website through godaddy (which is not what we plan on keeping) it was bought to get a domain name, and I need a website that looks similar to the higher non profit orgnazations. A simple drag, and drop, or template website will NOT work. We would like something around 5-10 pages, with the ability to add a credit card processor into the site itself. This is something in the works, so I am not sure what software will be needed for this as of yet.
ontop of a website we also need content. Writers to come up with, add to, re-adjust and proof read what we already have. It's hard to come up with 5-7 pages full of content, so I need help with this on a major level. The text that is on the site, needs to be linked to other parts of the site, and also surrounding pictures that may interact with the text. I can provide the photos if you are unable.
We will need sign up forms (for members) a donation page, and about us, our mission, what we plan on doing, what we ARE doing, ETC.. although we do not have a lot of funds, please please know what you are doing.. this is not something for amateurs.
We will also need customized banners, buttons, and such that will go along with our logo, which is being made by your co workers here on getafreelancer so that color scheme will need to match obviously.
I will get into more details with you on a private level if you bid on this and I hope you are able to help even with a small budget.
