Custom component for Joomla

I am looking for a custom component developer for Joomla. The component is needed for a website that is currently in development.

The main service of the company is giving customers recommendations on going to the theatre in the city of Amsterdam. Which show to go to, when, etc. Therefore the customer must be able to visit 4 sections, after a secure login:

1. Personal recommendations
2. Personal profile
3. Map of Amsterdam
4. Personal messages

RECOMMENDATIONS

This is the main part of the website. On this page the customer will see a list of theatre shows that the administrator has assigned to this user. The list must be in chronological order. From the administrator panel the administrator must be able to add shows and connect them to users in a convenient way. The following data of the show must be shown on the first page:
- Title, director, producer, date(s)
- Short Description
- Thumbnail image
Navigation is needed, max 10 shows per page.

Besides the show list, users must be able to switch to a calendar view.

After the customer has selected a certain show, the next page will have to show:
- Again title, director, producer, date(s)
- Long description (rich text editor needed)
- A larger image
- Press quotes
- An option to add a personal comment for the client by the administrator to the show

On this page the customer must be able to perform the following actions:
- Open printer friendly page
- Recommend show to a friend (add the information of the page above as a PDF)
- Add show to agenda (iCal)

Based on a selected date the user must also be able to:
- Order tickets (the order must be e-mailed to the administrator, no online payments)
- Send a message to the administrator

From the calendar view users can request recommendations for a specific date. The request must be send by e-mail to the administrator.

PROFILE

Each user has a personal profile. The administrator must be able to edit this via a rich text editor (JCE is fine).

MAP OF AMSTERDAM

Not all theatres are easy to find in Amsterdam. So we would like to present the user a map with bullets on it. Once the user hoovers its cursor above one of the bullets a tooltip with additional information must show up (google map style). The administrator must be able to add new bullets with a description to the map. All users will see the same map on the site. Creating a layer on the Google map of Amsterdam is probably the easiest way to realize this, but if you have better ideas, please share them with us.

PERSONAL MESSAGES
The administrator can submit messages to a customer. The page shows all messages listed with full text. Each messages consists of:
- Title
- Date
- Full text (administrators must be able to edit it with a rich text editor)

Bear in mind that the administrators will be novice users, so all administrative pages must be straight forward and easy to use. A template is in development, the component pages must be adjusted to the look and feel of the site, so make them XHTML CSS valid.
