URGENT: Website Clone

Hello,
Warning: Adult Content!
I require a website clone of a very simple directory, however whilst it is simple, it MUST be made well and you pay attention to detail. it must function perfectly and have a very good usable backoffice for the superadmin. Looking to expand it as time goes on but for now it is basic and the requiremenets are in the document attached.
You must be a damn good PHP coder and have experience of creating backend admins to manage websites.
If you are interested, then show me ONE of your best directory type of websites that involve images and ideally an example of an administration panel you have made - if you cant provide login details for me to test then screenshots will do.
This is an urgent requirement so come back to me soon with an accurate price and timescale. Dont give me an over-inflated price thinking I will ask for a discount because I wont - if your first price is too high I will consider others.
