Need SysAdmin to Install OPEN VPN, and help make image of server (in case of emergency for future restore), and mount new drive.

Hello,
I am looking for a sysadmin to install OPEN VPN for me on my Cent OS Linux server. I would like the connection to be encrypted. I have about 50 IPs on my server, I would like some web script or something to be able to change the outgoing IP for OPENVPN whenever I'd like to do so. I am hoping to be able to use this as a SOCKS 5 proxy as well, which I can use in an internet browser or via sockscap as long I'm securely connected with OPEN VPN. (socks 5 may have to be something separate which will be integrated with OPENVPN.. not sure though)
I would also like you to create an image of my server, which I can backup locally and to another web host so just in case I have a drive failure, I will be able to restore the system to it's current configuration and not have to re-secure and re-setup the server again. I will try to remove all unnecessary backups and files currently on the server so that the image can be small. I have had my server thoroughly secured.. but I'd like someone who is also a security expert who can take a quick look to make sure everything is okay before we make an image of the configuration
Lastly, i have a secondary drive that has some missing sectors, and is about to fail. I have WHM/Cpanel installed on the server, and I have this drive mounted on /backups , which is where WHM saves account backups. I am in the process of replacing the drive. I don't really need to save the backups on their now, but I would like to get the new drive installed in the box, and have you mount and format it properly back to /backups. I also have a custom MYSQL backup script that saves all of the databases for one of my cpanel accounts every 12 hours, and it retains for backups at a time, and automatically deletes the oldest one as time goes along. I still have the script on the box, it will not need to be re-setup as a cron job, I would just like you to be able to re-run the script on this secondary drive once it's formatted and mounted.
Please let me know if you are a mail server expert as well.. as far as possibly setting up the proper domain keys etc to send mail from the server without it being marked as spam from hotmal/yahoo etc. (I already have domain keys setup I believe)
Please have some type of messenger (AIM/MSN/YAHOO), and having skype for audio chat is a huge plus. Please be fluent in English, and give me reasonable pricing. I have a long time relationship with all of my service providers, and will leave you excellent remarks once the job is complete. I am looking for someone that I can use from now on for ALL my Linux sysadmin related work.. As long as you are reliable all of my further business will go to you. (including a big upcoming project I am working on)
